AArete developed a technology-driven solution to address their clients’ payment processing challenges. Describing it clearly was an entirely different challenge.

The Challenge

It’s challenging to operationalize payment processing based 0n a single contract’s terms. When you have to decipher and implement rules to manage payments based on thousands of contracts with overlapping and conflicting Ts & Cs, it requires a sophisticated technology-based solution. AArete has developed just such a combination of technology and services – and it works more accurately than the competition, thanks in part to applying a proprietary AI approach.

The next challenge – how do you describe the product’s functionality, benefits and values to current and prospective clients in a way that resonates with them?

 

The Solution

The different client audiences: C-suite signatories, contract management, IT architects, finance and compliance officers – each required information about the solution expressed in language that reflected their view of the work. After an in-depth discovery, including research on competition, SEO and key terminology, we drafted and tested copy.

Results: marketing and services copy for their site and collateral that convey concepts clearly yet resonate for each of their audiences.
