Creating content assets that attract and engage businesses and nonprofits to meet in Boston.

The Challenge

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) applies their deep global expertise in commercial real estate to help property owners drive success beyond just leasing office space. The JLL Experience Management (XM) Team are incredible at creating an environment rich in attractive amenities to attract both tenants and meeting planners. Loft on Two (for One Financial) in Boston was no exception. With state-of-the-art meeting facilities, supporting details, plus a talented team of business meeting specialists, the JLL Team was ready to get the word out via their new site and social media.

But how do they get messages to rise above their competitors in the same market?

The Solution

In-depth Discovery enabled us to better understand their potential  audiences, as well as the JLL Team’s unique skills, strengths and expertise being used to power success for Loft on Two. We then used that information to do a deeper dive into the related SEO keywords and themes. Together, these allowed us to create focused marketing copy for the site, plus engaging interactive and resourceful content to support both organic and paid lead generation efforts.
