Who are we?

A woman-owned business headquartered in Chicago, Tide Tellers’ team works with businesses and nonprofits to enhance their marketing communications. We provide a suite of services, including:

Some things we’d like you to know

  1. We are problem solvers and begin with the end in mind. We don’t believe in technology-first projects. Whether you’re raising funds or launching a new product – it isn’t about a new CRM or marketing automation tool. It’s all about focusing on achieving your organizational goals.
  2. Our favorite projects are those that support clients as they improve their community in large – and small – ways. We are excited to help organizations who do well by doing good.

Principal

Cassie (Catherine) Dennis

Cassie has worked many years in both the public and private sectors, including the past decade at Monday Loves You. Her prior experience includes analysis and reporting for the Victim/Witness Assistance Board of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; leading field marketing and Worldwide Sales Operations for SPSS Inc. (now a part of IBM); and consulting with nonprofit and commercial entities on messaging, marketing communication and automation strategies. She is also a long-time volunteer at Women Employed.

Director of Client Operations

Laura Blacklock

Laura brings extensive experience in services and technology organizations, with a focus on client management and administration. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has successfully operated across the Americas, fostering strong relationships and collaboration with sales teams, subject matter experts, technical support, marketing, and operations.

Her professional journey includes key roles at SPSS Inc. and Channel Group Inc., an IBM business partner specializing in the market research industry. Most recently, she has worked as a consultant, providing expertise to organizations in both Mexico and Germany.
